Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Overview

Cyeiro provides an AI receptionist and autonomous operations platform that answers calls, books appointments, follows up with customers, and runs business workflows on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Call recordings and transcripts. When our AI receptionist answers a call for a client, the call may be recorded and transcribed so the client can review conversations, bookings and follow-ups.
  • Contact details. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and similar details provided by callers, clients or their customers during calls, forms or messages.
  • Account and business information. Information clients provide about their business, services, hours, staff and preferences so the AI can represent the business accurately.
  • Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and interactions with our website and dashboard, used to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the AI receptionist service: answering calls, taking messages, booking appointments and handling follow-ups.
  • To generate transcripts, summaries, reports and operational records for the client.
  • To run and monitor autonomous agent workflows the client has configured.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To improve the reliability and quality of the service, using aggregated or de-identified data where practical.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-party service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, including:

  • Telephony providers (such as Twilio) to route, record and transcribe calls and messages.
  • AI platform providers (such as Stammer and large-language-model providers) to power conversation, transcription and agent reasoning.
  • Payment processors (such as Stripe) to process billing. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain call recordings, transcripts and account data for as long as the client account is active or as needed to provide the service. Clients can request deletion of recordings, transcripts or account data at any time; we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention. Backup copies are removed on their normal rotation cycle.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@cyeiro.com. If your information was collected through one of our clients' AI receptionists, we may direct your request to that client, who controls that data.

7. Client responsibility for caller consent

Our clients are responsible for informing their own callers and customers that calls may be recorded and transcribed, and for obtaining any consent required by applicable call-recording, telemarketing and privacy laws. See our Call Recording & Consent Notice for details and a sample disclosure.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
