Call Recording & Consent Notice

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Calls may be recorded and transcribed

Calls answered or placed by the Cyeiro AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed by the AI system. Recordings and transcripts are used to provide the service — taking messages, booking appointments, confirming details, following up, and giving the client business an accurate record of each conversation.

Client responsibility for caller consent

Call-recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some require only one party's consent; others require all parties to be informed. The client business using Cyeiro is responsible for informing its callers that calls may be recorded and transcribed, and for obtaining any consent legally required in the jurisdictions where it and its callers are located.

Cyeiro can play an automated disclosure at the start of each call, and we recommend clients enable it.

Sample disclosure

Clients may use or adapt the following one-sentence disclosure:

"This call may be recorded for quality and service purposes."

This sample is provided for convenience and is not legal advice. Clients should confirm the disclosure satisfies the laws that apply to their business and callers.
