Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. The service

Cyeiro provides a white-labeled AI receptionist and autonomous agent platform. The service answers and routes phone calls, books appointments, sends follow-ups, and runs configured business workflows — such as licensing, credentialing and compliance operations — on behalf of the client business ("you" or "Client"). Certain actions that carry legal or financial consequence require human approval before they are executed.

2. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current business information so the AI can represent your business correctly.
  • Inform your callers that calls may be recorded and transcribed, and obtain any consent required by applicable call-recording laws.
  • Comply with telemarketing, texting and consumer-protection laws (including the TCPA and similar rules) for any outbound calls or messages you direct the service to make.
  • Review and approve consequential actions — filings, submissions, signatures, payments — when the platform requests human approval.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and supervise the users you authorize.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Make unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent calls or messages, including illegal robocalls or spam.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent the nature of the AI where disclosure is legally required.
  • Collect or process data you have no right to collect, or in violation of any law or third-party right.
  • Interfere with, probe or disrupt the platform or its security controls.
  • Resell the service except under a written white-label or partner agreement with Cyeiro.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Billing, refunds and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase, which may include a one-time implementation charge plus a recurring subscription. Government, filing, insurance, accreditation, legal, accounting and other third-party fees are separate and are your responsibility unless explicitly included in writing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have failed to deliver the purchased service. Implementation fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. No professional advice; no guaranteed outcomes

Cyeiro is an operations platform, not a law firm, accounting firm or government agency. The service does not provide legal, tax or medical advice. Timelines and outcomes that depend on government agencies, licensing boards, payers or other third parties are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyeiro and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the greatest extent permitted.

7. Intellectual property

Cyeiro owns the platform, including its software, agent configurations, workflow templates, prompts and know-how. You own your business data: your customer records, call recordings, transcripts, documents and content. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the service for you. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these terms. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Term and termination

These terms apply while you use the service. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination, your access ends and you may request an export or deletion of your business data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page and, for material changes, notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
